Welcome to Aussie Stock Forums. By accessing this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Code of Conduct govern Aussie Stock Forums' relationship with you in relation to this website.

Forum Rules

Registration to Aussie Stock Forums is free! We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below.

Although the administrators and moderators of Aussie Stock Forums will attempt to keep all objectionable posts off this forum, it is not possible for us to review all posts. All posts express the views of their respective author, and neither the owners or management of Aussie Stock Forums will be held responsible for the content of any post.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, defamatory, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

Code of Conduct

1. Aussie Stock Forums was established and is built around the concepts of mutual respect and the free exchange of information and knowledge for the benefit of all.

2. All Aussie Stock Forums members must treat other members with respect at all times. This means insults, name calling and personal attacks on other members are strictly forbidden. Forum trolling - the intentional provoking of other forum members - is also forbidden. Please treat other members as you yourself would wish to be treated. Repeated violations of this rule will result in the permanent suspension of your Aussie Stock Forums account.

3. Obscene language and the use of language that is sexist, racist, hateful, harassing or threatening is strictly forbidden and will not be tolerated.

4. Please do not ask for or offer specific financial advice on Aussie Stock Forums. It is illegal for anyone other than a licensed financial advisor to provide you with financial advice. 6. Any post that is simply a blatant ramp or downramp of a stock will be removed. Continued violations will result in the suspension of your Aussie Stock Forums account.

7. You, and you alone, are responsible for the content of your posts, including any images or files attached to your posts or links contained within your posts. Any information that you post must be true or accurate to the best of your knowledge. If you are unsure of the accuracy of any information, your post should include the appropriate qualifications.
