So the planning started 2 months before the election......What rubbish.....The feasibility study, the surveys and the planning would have started at least 2 years ago.Even Juliar Gillard and Bill Shorten agreed upon the project.....Our comrade Billy is very quiet about it all.Andrews should swallow his pride and get on with the project as planned and withhold Australia's reputation...The Victorian people want it and so do many Labor MP's.
