[USER=66457]@Dona Ferentes[/USER], just for your interest my daughter currently lives in a fairly remote and mountainous area in Victoria. She was having problems getting broadband connected. She sent a complaint form to ABB and they responded immediately saying they would respond within two working days and provided her with the contact name, email and mobile number of the person who was going to be responding to her query. She was thoroughly impressed with their service and response. If this is how they look after their customers I can see people being very happy with them.
