i note Micro$oft Edge is busy updating very annoying as i rarely use it , AND i didn't ask it to update ( but it is anyway ) ( and i am using two different browsers to do my normal stuff ) so check if Edge decided to update itself ( when you would rather it hadn't ) ( and YES .. automatic updates are turned OFF )
