Just because someone can afford a boat, does it give them preference or priority, over someone waiting patiently in a camp?If someone has the money to put themselves in an advantageous, yet perilous position, it somehow gives them priority over those more disadvantaged?I don't see how that is fair, it is just supporting the well off to jump over the less fortunate.IMO
