short term holds ( months not years ) seem to be best , although maybe BEAR could be something for a little longer ( but probably not years either ) good luck i think this is a totally screwy market , you never know what definition or rule they will change next ( or just ignore ) it is no longer a pretend level playing field it is more like trying to walk on top of quicksand without a rope
