Actually well aware of the crime wave in QLD GG very apparent travelling through and who the participants are but must admit I don't know the reasons or what the answers are.

Not defending the state Labor Government I think they have run their course hopefully the opposition have their act together.

Is the development a fault of government perhaps some changes they have made etc or should the community / families take responsibility for the issues as others have said on the Voice thread?

In WA NW its far worse there has been a big change in behavior then the Coalition let the alcohol restrictions run out  ending in police manning bottle shops and virtually locking towns down none of it reported on MSM.

Had some interesting conversations with police officers in the NW as to WTF is going on felt very sorry for them having to deal with the issues but amazing young men and women serving they all were committed and surprisingly held no ill feeling towards the mobs.

None of it to do with the state government who have thrown huge social resources / police offices at it hopefully will calm the situation.

Edit: forgot to mention a psychologist in WA dealing with young offenders pointed out the reoffending rate was 80% to 90% and after 20 years she wasn't aware of a single person detained that was rehabilitated.

She did point out if you fix the family you fix the kids and had proof.
