Depends on an individual's approach to the circumstances.I've been inconvenienced by technology failures such as stuck at Brisbane airport for hours. Last week, on a very cold day, a power outage for most of the day. I coped by putting on an additional layer of clothing but others have greater issues. Reliance on medical equipment for one. People being unable to pay for goods due to techo faults isn't high on my list of what I view as disasters.
