now of course if they REALLY wanted to retire cash , they could sell the narrative that cash abandonment would reduce the corruption of Government ( and semi-government ) officials .. you know the well-documented 'brown paper bags ( of yesteryear ?? ) i can tell from living next door to a 'high-crime area ' it is very difficult to 'spot the criminal' from the rare ( relatively honest resident )
