A big mistake for investors is that they cash out of one position with small losses but unfortunately get into another position and continue to sustain losses there. They are worse off by the broker fees.If the stock is right, I will rather buy on the dips and continue to average down. It is hard to time the market and consistently alternate between cash and stocks at the right time, else all of us will be millionaires.
