I think a society- nation has the right to choose whom they admit to their Society.Ultimately a nation has the responsibility to act in the best interests of their own nation and it's people. If that means excluding certain others, and that may not mean groups but maybe other cultural considerations, then so be it.It may not involve racism at all.
