Just looking at the chart and being unfamiliar with the fundamentals on the cost/inputs side I believe the latter is more likely with the recovery giving a possible 30% gain from present prices. All sectors are jumping about so much it may be worthwhile waiting for a retracement.This ETF is a mostly US junior gold miners as well I believe. Is this correct?gg
