It's a perfect way for the Govt. to appear to be doing something, much in the same way that the Grocery watch website and fuel watch "appeared" to be doing something. Mum and Dad voter are petrified of all the nasty stuff on the internet in the same way that they're fearful of rising fuel and grocery prices.... but don't worry, the Govt. will fix it all for us... most people wont understand that it's technically flawed other than a few geeks.As TH said, Sad,Sad,Sad.....
