snow , ice , melting snow , ( everything gets wet/muddy ) think fighting in the Ukraine ( because you are operating heavy machinery ) in some cases hard snow is a good thing ( not so useful for solar-panels or wind-turbines , so carbon taxes will be higher ) i don't know how they run Pogo but one would imagine workers are FIFO ( which could bring additional hiccups ) on the flip-side , grades should be higher ( when you find more assets )
