Our local Shire has imposed a Total Fire Ban and a Harvest and vehicle Movement Ban for tomorrow.With 42 deg forecast I can't see a need to be driving across paddocks or such like.The cows aren't stupid, because by early to mid-morning they will be stationed under their favourite trees for most of the day.The best shade is of course close to the water troughs.
