Australia has certainly wasted potential , whether it is the locally grown kids or the immigrants that have arrived here anytime after WW2 AND there is a trend to educate them until they are broke for decades ( the extended juvenile distraction system .. high school/college/university ) and when they finally finish they are loaded with HECS debt and have difficulty finding a job they are qualified for in Australia , i would love to blame the younger generations BUT the problem is much deeper and systematic and BTW way the media should know , most were trained in the same universities that helped ruin Australia
