I am a little perplexed as to why an entity such as the Sharemarket College would recommend a broker or have a relationship, however loose, with an organisation where a CHESS advice, indicating ownership of shares, was not issued to the customer.I would have thought that would be one of the first signs of danger for the clients involved.
