It's irritating in some respects when graphs such as these are presented by the 'spurts in the media - or whatever they are called now. The Government has clearly encouraged all those superannuates to spend. You know the spiel "Superannuation isn't for wealth creation, blah, blah. Spend more." Then there is the retirement income covenant which is pressuring the funds to become actively involved with their members overall finances. "You're being too frugal.
