The housing issue is making the elites richer and at the same time adding $hit loads of extra stamp duty to the State coffers.This is creating the greatest wealth divide in a long time, I really cant see how it will end well.Meanwhile all the talk is about dissadvantage, well workers paying over $2 a litre to get to work and watching the value of their savings losing ground to house prices, is pretty disheartening.There is a lot of 'not happy Jan' going on ATM.
