Iran and Russia are closely allied and Iran supplies Russia's drones. There is that, but it is more about stopping the Saudis coming to an agreement with Israel and the USA which was planned in the near future (possibly this month). this is now cancelled and a huge win to Iran.The USA withdrawing aid from Ukraine at this time and following a policy of appeasement (Neville Chamberlain) would provide massive encouragement to Russia and China and show the USA is an unreliable ally to everyone else.I do think we need a peace treaty but it needs to be from a position of strength. We will pay for it in the future otherwise.Ukraine is only now getting the Abram tanks and they need the anti aircraft support promised by the USA and then I am sure then that now as they are behind the Russian fortification lines in one area that they could expand and cut off the forces to the west.[ATTACH=full]163786[/ATTACH]
