They are hyper aggressive. Will happily pick on smaller targets. Try to run people over on the road, even if it means swerving across multiple lanes. Will hit puddles to spray pedestrians. It's like they took w4nker classes and got straight A+They also keep their money in house (eg. They will only use Russian taxi drivers, clubs, hotels, hairdressers). They don't add a lot to the community.
