Ukraine has a manpower problem. The munitions are just prolonging the inevitable. You need numbers to win. Artillery alone won't. They can grind with guerrilla warfare like the Afghans did. But the cities full of Russians they have little chance of recapturing without heavy losses.It's only getting worse from here.
