Re: Off to a bad startAs frustrating as its been these last two weeks their staff have been very quick to offer compensation in one form or another. I guess they have copped plenty for the system failure. Any rate its good you had a win with them and i know what u mean by the paper work.....out of the mailbox and into the fire up here in old cold ballarat!
