LAU - Lindsay Australia

Most positive KPIs Down YET dividend up.

Don't know how to read this....... A bit distracted ATM but will look into it soon.

Inclined to average down bit a bottom dip considering it to most likely be a down day following the US Friday trading.

While I won't be biting, the LAU chart looks kind of promising. I'm suspecting a double low might have formed with the bullish weekly hammer candle made at start of November at ~0.82 followed by an apparent confirmation candle with stronger positive volume. This would also roughly meet my target of ~80c from the larger scale double top formed over 2023.
So got this wrong. Haven't taken an interest in the physical business but the H1 figures are very off-putting.
But now the chart has decisively broken support with a high volume nasty candle seems like a high risk proposition to bottom pick.

Mizikovsky Group sold down below 5% in November 2024
and SOL is still selling down gradually

i am still 70% up on this and recovered the investment cash twice over in 2023

trucking is a tough game , but without it the economy stops

i also hold KSC ( 'free-carried' ) up 170%

both are currently 'bottom-drawer ' stocks but you can't be totally passive with them to get good results

will look for around 35 cents ( for LAU ) before i have another nibble

Am picking LAU for Mar 2025 tipping comp. SP down (a lot) on lagging indictor H1 data appeals to my contrain nature but, as my MO for the tipping comp, more of a punt than using any investing "savvy".
