GP, yes you are correct. Got a reply back from my email, seems anything over $5000 will be charged at $25.

- daily limit AUD5,000.00 now applies to all external transfers and it cannot be increased due to security restrictions.
Apart from Internet Banking, there are other forms of transfers can be used:
- Via Call Center (staff assisted phone banking transfer, daily limit is AUD20000.00 per transfer. Fee is AUD25.00 per transfer.
