this is currently up 25% for me

does a nice job of holding share price despite being active enough to pay monthly divs

going to be interesting to see if they can keep the div. amounts steady in 2025 , as i expect several big companies to hold back some of the divs. to reinvest in the company

i hold PL8 ( but i was buying when they were under $1 )

Yes they have done, one of my larger holdings, you did well to get under $1, my buy price is about $1.08 mainly through SPPs.

yes i play fairly tough like that ( waiting , waiting , waiting for a price ) and sure thing i miss some gems for the sake of a couple of extra cents

this has done way better that HVST for me , all kudos to the PL8 fund management team

Agree, I did hold HVST for a while but did seem to be a sinking ship and moved on. Agree PL8 is much better if you buy them at a good price
