They are currently trying to censor and monitor the gaming industry.
Jonathon greenblatt of the ADL has been trying to ban tik tok and X as well.

He was caught out saying that they were too focused on the left right narrative when in actual fact young people were the ones that had begun moving off the narrative. Especially around the pro Palestine, pro Israel in which Israel has lost all support from the youth.

There's a gamergate 2 around a dei company (sweet baby inc) that was harassing a steam poster. That company has now tried to play the victim of racism despite some racist practices of their own. In try gamergate fashion, the gaming media is out shilling hard for the dei company.

The two things are linked. There's been a realisation that the youth don't suck up the mainstream lies with all these streamers and tik tok influencers spouting off about what's happening. Most young people get their news off these services. They are now positioning to take advantage.
