Australian Investment Education or Elite Futures Mastery?

Looks like things don't change... maybe I've sat through too many slimy sales pitches before that I'm now starting to develop a "spidey sense".

Just got out one of his online pitches (much cheaper for him than booking a regional hotel and having to fork out for refreshments), where there was an open chat box...

Strangely enough as soon as I asked about cost I was blocked from the group chat and censored to an "admin only" chat which then tried to directly push me into a "phone CONsult"

Looks like some people never change, then why would you when people hand you money and blame themselves for the losses.

The reason for the high membership costs is to attract only the serious people, at least according to his words in the lecture. In the company website, there are many good reviews, but I guess this days, if you have enough money you can buy anything.

one of those things in nature

interesting assets , some marinas close by as is an fair-sized airport , it is also close to the NSW ( in case you are only breaking state laws )

a fair-sized underworld element , a reasonably large seniors population

some fancy hotels/resorts handy for conferences and seminars AND an area with a long history of get rich schemes ( which may or maybe involve property development ... often on drained swamp )

I'm getting spammed like mad ATM on my antisocial media. Looks like they're trying to use the superannuation lure.

saw the 80 min presentation. booked my 30 min 'free' telephone consult (due in 45 minutes time). Andrew Baxter IS very convincing... he h as a nice patter. i then sniffed around the web looking for more info. saw this thread. damn happy i found this. it's going to be a firm "no". interested in hearing their hard sell though. $6-7k for a course???!!! no way... Thanks for putting up and contributing to this thread. Many thanks.

He seems to have evolved his approach, and may not technically be breaking any laws. I'd say the story these days is that you are just not going to get value for money.

His marketing is still centered around the idea that you do his course, and then you'll be empowered to achieve better returns than the market. This is a fantasy.

but did he do it with his own cash , or did he sell his dreams to the banksters ( play the leverage game )

let's see if the next move is to list on the ASX ( and calmly cash out during the IPO )
