Wow, great stuff DF. Feeling a warm and fuzzy to the start of 2025.

It does give you a warm and fuzzy feeling to to be able to help others out. On Sunday we were cleaning out my brothers house who won't be returning there to live his time out. He used to accumulate a lot of metal junk and things then we saw a young couple in a beat up old ute pick up a few things we put out the front. We gave them a yell, filled up their ute and they came back two more times and piled up their ute sky high. Turned out they were on the bones of their ar$e, I don't know how much $$ they got but they made the trip back to thanks us with tears in their eyes. Makes you feel good!

Thanks @barney, yes you were spot on mate in your Calcs.

I live in the back streets of Cuba so the $1 buck an hour is great money Barney.

As for the $150 .... I took a leaf out of @Faramir's book and will be putting it towards an earlier deposit we did for a young lass down the road who badly needs braces to straighten her teeth and her single mum is feeling the financial pressure, like everyone of late. Thanks Sean, much appreciated.

Well there we are. If I was going to thoroughly trash my portfolio in 2024 all I had to do was pick it for the stock competition.
Is the bonus picking up $100 for my resounding "success" ?

Don't be too disheartened about coming last. I was sitting on that position (down 50%) for most of last year. But there was no prize for coming last in 2023 so you are already ahead of me on that one.

Look forward to you being in the leader pack in 2025.
