It has been a mad scramble to get up to date this month, but hay making definitely comes in a strong first.
I have posted a pittance of thoughts on FMG, WES, WBC and STX, my picks in the yearly comp.

Thanks @debtfree My monthly obligations are fulfilled. (PEN HAS ARR RLT)

And my cunning plan to remain near the tail of the field so as not to raise any suspicions over my tips laced with insider trading knowledge, remains intact!

December will (need to!) ... be a big month!

Quick update to see if the USA elections had much effect to our Tips and Results.

Two things haven't changed! @UMike still leads, up 90.16% and @basilio is still in last place, down -32.94%.

Best Tipster this month for far: @access up 10.75%.
A few up around 5% roughly are - @rcw1 - @mullokintyre - @Als2own - @Ferret

Not so good so far this month: Down 5-6% - @rcm617 - @brerwallabi - @peter2 - @debtfree

November Mid Month Update for the 2024 CY Comp.

There are a few of us getting belted at the wrong end of the Comp ....... Boxing about to start so it's just a chart update.

so, I'm pinning my hope on takeovers at a 50 percent premium for all 4 of my picks in the next 6 weeks.. ....realistically, not much happens around Xmas so it's going to have to be 4 x TO's in next fortnight.

That should catapult me to a healthy second In the competition.

Assuming there is news of all four takeover bids for your stocks and assuming other bidders might be in the mix at what premium to the present share prices would you need for your stocks to pip @UMike assuming his stocks go in to trading halts which pegs their price at their present prices, not an unreasonable assumption in the scenario you outline? This also assumes that no other members in the comp have similar miraculous experiences. ( This is starting to sound like a post on Hotcopper, my apologies ).

Update for the 2024 CY Comp.
I can feel everyone is watching, waiting and wishing for MSB (up 385%) to fall over to bring others in with a chance to win this comp but I just don't think it's going to happen. @UMike has a cracker of a tip here and it shows you only need one good one to make your year. At the moment @UMike sits at the top of the ladder with 99.46%.

This month has knocked a few of us around unfortunately, half a dozen down 10% or more verses a couple up by the same amount. Anyway a bit over a week to go to the end of this month.

I might have missed a few Company updates and dividends but I will attend to that probably tomorrow but thank you for the ones lodged already.
It's the last month for required updates to make the spreadsheet work.

Anyway to cut it short the latest update below as I must go to visit my brother who is doing it very tough lately.
