Westpac Broking Platform Problems - Off to a bad start

I guess I'm the last person still using Pestpac, pointless complaining yet again I suppose but after being down last Friday & Saturday for "maintenance" you'd think everything would be working fine now. :banghead: HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! :banghead:

no! im still here as well..apparently they just rebooted their servers, "only a minor issue"
yeah we'll see about that.

I still have my account with about 7 open posistions, but as the wind down that will be it for me. to much lost money traing with westpac.

I m having problems with Westpac broking this morning where I am forced to login again after I select another form to view

This is happening for both Firefox and MS Internet Explorer

I have three applications logged on (Firefox, IE and Quotetracker)
-- maybe this is the problem

Are there other users have the same problem of being forced to login again?

I've had no problems with westpac today using internet explorer.

You can't have quotetracker on while you are logged in to westpac broking. They don't allow multiple log ins.

I stop quotetracker from logging in when I log into westpac.

Wow I didn't realise so many people have had bad experiences with Westpac Broking. I was previewing orders on August 14th last month and their stupid system had put an order through for me which I strictly did not submit, I checked my e-mail the next day to find out a contract had gone through - I mean wtf is this...

I have a e-mail from their system which has a contract price of 20000 BBP shares at 0.50c yet in the attached contract it has the share price at 20000 BBP @ 0.495c I asked them why there was a price discrepency between the e-mail subject price and the contract price and they gave me some answer (which I think is BS) that their system rounds the price to 2 decimal places.

I was wondering if any could help me by just posting or pming me or e-mailing me at bryaneasy@gmail.com some trades around August 14th 2008 where the e-mail subject price of a contract is more than 2 decimal places. If I find out they are lying to me I will be taking them to court definately.

If anyone could please help me that would be great because when I get back to Australia in December I will be seriously thinking about taking these guys to court I just need to grab some solid proof. Also the other day I was on their broking page and I didn't click any buttons and it took me to their futures section on the website.... very buggy and their stupid system has cost me $8000....
