Australian (ASX) Stock Market Forum

Tomorrow's trading on the ASX?

Can someone actually give me some advice . I would assume this tip off could also benefit others too...

There's no financial advice here. Nobody here is permitted (or licensed) to provide financial advice to you. If you have some genuine questions, ask away. if you're here just to waste people's time or you have some other ulterior motive your time here will be very limited.

I would tread very cautiously if I were you.

PS. Your other thread has been deleted.

No idea. Just got told to go beginners lounge and skate . Need advice from someone

first off IF the tip is genuine , depending on where it came from you risk getting caught up in an insider-trading investigation and even being a millionaire won't stop that being inconvenient ,
second there are folks that tip shares so novices buy them ( so the tipster escapes with a profit at YOUR expense )

i misspent my youth around race-tracks and the same stuff happened there as well

now if it is an ASX listed company go to the ASX website and start researching there

( you can always check the forums here but ASF members tend to be a cautious crowd )

https://www.delisted.com.au/ , will alert you to companies that have an unattractive history ( so at least you are warned about increased risk )

@DrBourse

the @ in front is very important

and VERY IMPORTANT do NOT invest/gamble you money can't afford to lose ( even i have lost completely of several companies )

https://www.marketindex.com.au/

can be another useful place

my advice is to educate yourself first ( about stocks/investing ) and THEN decide if you need a full-service stock-broker , a financial advisor or any other professional help ( do NOT go still wringing wet behind the ears into investing and looking for advisors )

good luck

oh ! and take a deep breath and calm down , slow , steady and methodical wins the race for most people

being calculating is a GOOD THING in investing
