I've had it 3 times over the years (always after period of stress), once the lesions were on my face. Not fun and can lead to blindness apparently.

But to be honest, my rotator cuff issues are worse, been living with that and managing for years (a legacy of a grade 4 AC joint injury).

I reckon giving zero f***s is a better prophylactic rather that putting big pharma $hit in my arm, FWIW.
